Southern charm has a lot of space outdoors as well as open concept living/dining with comfy beds! Kitchen has everything you need to get down on it! Front porch sitting and maybe some beer tippin and that's what we call a good time round here. Smart tv in living area and pull out mattress available upon request. Pet fee is separate ($50) All access to main house and the large fronts well as back yard. Carport is only shared space. Garage conversion is seperate unit and is occupied. Call or text anytime! If not driving our public transportation is the TRL which can take you all the way to Dallas if you like! look for the home with the green front porch light and wonky mailbox :-) Pet fee is $50, non-refundable Also, garage conversion is a separate unit and is occupied by a long-term tenant. The only shared space is the carport.
