Catskills Cottage with Hot Tub

This contemporary cottage is a cozy and well-appointed space, perfect for families, friends, or couples wishing to stay in the Catskill area. Our dog-friendly home is on five acres, surrounded by trees, where you will find privacy and quiet. Plan a visit to Mohonk Preserve or hike at Minnewaska State Park, or just soak in the hot tub. We have WIFI for streaming, or for work if you must. Four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 8. Worried about trip interruptions? Consider getting travel insurance. You will have four bedrooms and two and a half baths for comfort and privacy. The entire house and property are yours during your stay. The kitchen includes a nice assortment of cookware and utensils to prepare meals and the dining table can comfortably seat eight adults when dining in. You have the run of the house and the surrounding yard. Most of the 5 acres are wooded but without trails, but there are a number of trails and parks near by. We hope you will enjoy the hot tub and deck as well. We do not live on the property, so please be sure to ask any important questions prior to arrival. You may message us at any time of course. Less than ten minutes away is an organic apple orchard, or if you prefer, a local brewery. Fifteen minutes away will bring you to a favorite watering hole and waterfalls. You will find ample parking on the property. Be sure to make your reservation for the number of guests in your group. Note that we do charge extra per night for more than 2 guests. Please help us maintain a mouse-free home. Field mice will happily explore inside if there is food left out, or dog food left overnight in a bowl. There is a video doorbell on the front porch, for your and our, security and safety.
