'High View' is located at Rupert Hill Road in the Mettowee Valley with Dorset and Manchester 6 and 14 miles south respectively. Each of the bedrooms are well appointed and offer each guest a comfortable place to relax and take in scenic mountain views or simply relax with a book in one of the many quiet spaces open to guest. 'Simple Joys' this bedroom has a lovely sitting area. Since our other rooms are booked with long stay guests we are limiting this room to single guests only. On the main level, guests will have access to the breakfast room, sitting room with fireplace, a reading room, glassed in living room and library. There is a music room on the entry level with comfortable areas for relaxing and reading. Pianists are encouraged to play on the beautiful Steinway in the music room. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Pawlet is a rural area featuring farms and more farms, not forgetting the romantic dirt roads!
