Centrally located, Entire 2nd floor of 1908 character home. on site plug in parking, private keyless entry, a small eating area with a coffee station along with a microwave, toaster and dishes, bar fridge in room. All rooms have a TV,cable and Wifi....$100 Price quoted includes tax. max 2 occupants! ........We will offer guests a “ No breakfast” price of $85 taxes included...this option still offers toast and coffee!... there are 3 rooms available for booking, a private keypad entrance ( code upon confirmation)..Breakfast is stocked in your room so you eat when you want (includes, steamed eggs, yogurt, cheese, juice, coffee/tea, a choice of bread, muffin or bagel and an assortment of hot/cold cereal/milk, granola bar, in season fruit, apple sauce and a bottled H2O..... PLEASE...call to book with valid credit card! Guests can access when we are not home once confirmed with credit cardor through Air BnB...Use exterior stairwell on North side of house and the code provided to enter. Keys will be in your room door!...Please feel free to enjoy coffee on your own deck or come down stairs and use the screen room (summer), where we offer a cozy sitting area! Walking distance to Riverbank trail ( 1/2 block)... within 1 or 2 blocks to a mall, restaurants, pub , Gateway mall, Tim Hortons etc.. Bus stop across the street! we have 1 small hypoallergenic dog Mister. He is a Javanese-Yorkie mix and is non shedding. He will want to meet all new guests, he is still very puppy like and gets very excited to meet new people. Our living space is on the main floor and is closed off with a locking door to upstairs!
