6 min.FERRY! Lummi Island is just 15 min NW of fabulous Bellingham. The island is reached by small car ferry with 2-3 sails/HOUR ,making a trip into town easy ! house is SPOTLESS ,bright new furnishings, and very comfy beds. Walk to a beach in 5 min. Lummi is best for quiet visitors beach combing ,hike, kayak, bike,eat great local fare,etc. We boast many artists and famous Willows Inn restaurant. Also there’s a great family cafe & bar! PETS: OPTION ! I can board one dog in my home locally!! Small modest CLEAN rambler (not remodeled &you know the 1960!) BUT everyone loves staying here for the clean bright comfortable stay. With colorful artistic furnishings and great ‘feeling’ & the setting is wonderful; sunny and close to beach ( 5 min walk) and great price for 2 bedroom private house! your own private house owner is NOT on property quiet local neighborhood one mile from ferry so if want to bike over that works!! PET? Although I do not allow dogs in the Airbnb ( beach + Dead Sea life + water + wildlife =dirty carpet & shedding!) BUT I am local and can offer to personally board your friendly dog in my dog friendly home!! I am in the dog “world”, and have two dogs and large foil proof fenced yard ! NO kennels ! Doggie will sleep w us and be indoor outdoor with my dogs.( full access attached to house) If interested in booking the cottage and having ROVER near by let me know!!!
