Salvick House, Central to all Bethels

Welcome to Salvick House, a private apartment on the second story of our home. We have carefully curated high end furnishings and decor to make your stay the most comfortable and luxurious possible. We are directly off I-84 and 2 exits away from I-87. We are centrally located to all bethels, 30-45 mins to Warwick, Patterson and Walkill. The Newburgh Assembly Hall is exactly 10 mins away. You will have 2 bedrooms, the living room, a dining area, bathroom, and kitchenette all to yourself. This listing is for the apartment only and does not include outdoor space. We may or may not be home when you arrive. Please message me and if we are around we would like to greet you to show you the space. The only other time we might run into each other is the driveway or patio. Situated in the beautiful Hudson Valley we are 60 miles to NYC. Newburgh waterfront fine dining is only 5 minutes away, as is the ferry to Metro North. Check out our burgeoning downtown, Liberty Street and lower Broadway for coffee shops, cafes, restaurants ,and unique gift shops. We have many authentic local restaurants very reasonably priced. In under 15 mins you can be at Stewart International Airport or touring popular tourist destination, Beacon. There are an abundance of local farms, orchards and vineyards serving farm to table foods. We will have a guide for you with details on how enjoy the Hudson River and more. You definitely will need a car or bicycle to get around. Uber is very accessible in the area but can be pricey if going far distances. Car rental would be optimal. Please be considerate and turn off all lights and appliances before leaving.
