Below the main house is another private suite with a bonus bedroom, full bath, and its own deck. This suite also offers both an indoor and outdoor shower and offers its own private path to the beach. The views from this deck are similar to those above just from a slightly lower elevation. This room is also air conditioned. The new guest cottage sits on top of large rocks and boasts a large bedroom and a living area with private deck with 180 degree views from the baths to spanish town. The bedroom on this cottage is also air conditioned. This building has been completely remodeled since Irma and has its own full kitchen. This facility is only available for sleeping accommodations for parties of more than 6. The "caretaker cottage" is not air conditioned but benefits from the strong breezes due to its location facing the trade winds. This studio unit has its own kitchette.
