Sleeps 4 people, close to art and culture, parks, and restaurants, good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Gated with 24 hour on site security, nestled in a scenic area with a pool and outdoor lounge area. Two assigned parking spaces included. The apartment is two floors. A work space and sitting area together with the master bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. The master bedroom is open loft style. On the second floor you will find the guest bedroom ( enclosed for privacy) and bathroom, kitchen, living room area and balcony. Easy access to the Savannah ( 20 minute walk). The Savanah is where there are a lot of activities and events especially during the carnival period. Also in close proximity you will find the Botanical gardens, city zoo and performance venue Queen's hall. Public transport directly outside of compound allowing a 10 minute ride into the capital city. The compound is gated and has 24 hour on site security. If you rent a car, you will have two car spaces assigned to only you. To access the unit, you will have to climb one flight of stairs Arrangements can be made to collect and drop off at airport. I am available for any additional guidance needed. Tourist information on places to eat and visit all provided. The view from the apartment is very relaxing after a long day. The apartment complex has 40 units. The neighbors are a mix of young professionals, foreigners and seniors. The unit available is accessible after one flight of stairs but is actually on the 4th floor of the building. It is an open air loft space with a balcony overlooking a wooded area. Taxi and bus access right outside the compound. 10 mins ride to the capital city. The apartment has wifi and cable tv which can be viewed downstairs on a 65 inch flat screen or on a 22 inch flat screen upstairs in the work space area conveniently outfitted for business travelers. A DVD player is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and Appliances include: Programmable coffee maker Programmable kettle Juice and vegetable extractor Clothes steamer on wheels Microwave Convection oven There is central AC with one of the bedrooms outfitted with it's own AC unit and ceiling fan
