Sun in the morning, security screen, building with security cameras and lift. 1 block and a half from the beach, bakery and market nearby. Litoral Plaza shopping at 5 km (10 minutes by car) with Havan / Extra hypermarket / Decathlon / Makro. Wholesale hoist at 1.5 km. Atacadão at 2,5 km. OTHER REMARKS: * Visitors are not permitted beyond those defined in the contract. * Only for families. * Included: Kitchen utensils, pillows, 2 blankets. * Not included: bed linen, bathing suit, toiletries, garbage bags. * No use of pool, game room and barbecue. * Required to comply with condo rules. * Daily 24 hours.
