Cozy Cobbosseecontee Lake get-away just feet from the water! Listen to records and admire the view from the comfy living room. Enjoy a big family breakfast at the large dining table while watching the lake life outside. Sleeps up to 8 people w/ 4 bdrms, 2 full bthrms (off bdrms), 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. Fully stocked kitchen ready for your cooking needs. Fits 4 cars in the driveway. Quaint and quiet location with wonderful neighbors. Cobbossee Ln is a dirt road just off of Pond Rd. You'll drive about a third of a mile down the dirt road before it turns right after a garage on your right, you'll then pass a very large garage on your left. The road then bends left as you pass the big lodge like house with a 61 at the end of its driveway (red plaque on tree) on your right. You’ll pass another little road on the right, keep going. The road then bends again to the right as you pass the house with a circular driveway drive way straight in front of you, stay to the right of the white stone. Veedon Fleece (86 Cobbosee Ln) will be the next house and you’ll see the 86 on the 2-car garage which has tan cedar shingles. Please be mindful not to drive into neighbors driveways. Thank you. -The house runs on a well, if you are a group of 8, you’ll want to be conservative with your water consumption -No pets -No parties -No more than 12 people on the property -No more than 6 cars in the driveway (all cars must fit in the driveway) -No smoking in the house -One tall kitchen bag of garbage per day for the length of your stay, there will be a $10 charge per bag above that -There are two kayaks, paddles, and life jackets for use -The depth around the dock changes, but it’s typically about 5’ deep at the end -The depth near the stone wall starts at about 2’, it is rocky and gets deeper as you move away from the wall
