This cozy, yet spacious, apartment has a spectacular view of the Willamette river. It is gorgeous any time of year, whether you're sitting at the dining room table sipping tea, or lounging on the outdoor patio. Mere minutes from downtown, Lake Oswego, Sellwood, Lewis & Clark College, Portland State University, OHSU, and Reed College! This travel inspired space is perfect for an intimate gathering of peaceful contemplation and hours of book reading! No matter what season, this place is perfect. In warmer weather, the patio is a great place to sit and watch all of the beautiful river traffic floating by. In cooler weather, you can avail yourselves of the views on our spacious patio or sit in front of the fireplace and still enjoy the wonders of the river from indoors. Everything about this place is homey and comfortable. Relax in quiet solitude right on the rivers edge! NOTE: The river is NOT accessible from the house. We do not have kayaks for guest use, but you can rent them at (Website hidden by Airbnb) There is a water front park just a few blocks north that you may walk to if you’d like to enjoy the water. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Portland, this South waterfront apartment is right in the heart of town, yet still a peaceful oasis retreat. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Zupan's Market is just three blocks away! Everything you could want or need is just a stones throw. Trimet bus service is just 3 blocks from the house, find your way into town within 15 minutes! Once in town transportation options are endless! There is one parking spot directly in front of the house. The rules for parking on this street are very, very strict. It's a bike path, so there's a lot of bicycle traffic, and it's a very tight squeeze, so please, please only bring one car down to the apartment.
