Bedroom Suite near Botanical Gardens and Clemson.

The private bedroom suite is located on the beautiful wood side of the townhome the is linked to the famous SC Botanical Gardens and a 5-minute drive to the nationally-ranked Clemson University. The bedroom includes a private bath, queen bed, refrigerator, and cable tv with many extras. The shared space includes a front porch great for relaxing. The property includes ample parking, a pool, is great for walks. Front living room is only available as passthrough space. Please read house rules. This space is great for couples and singles. A second bedroom is available for additional fees. We included many amenities and have more available upon request. Access is allowed in the living room, on the first floor through the front room as passthrough space only to get to the private bedroom suite on the second floor. Outside the home, guests will find the first-floor front porch accessible for relaxing. We will be in the home (in the basement suite) during your stay and can provide you directions and advice on great places to eat, drink, and for entertainment found in the Clemson area. This a nice quiet neighborhood comprised of a small group of townhomes. There is a centrally located pool. Ample parking near the unit is available on a first come basis. We are located directly off Hwy 76 near Clemson University and the City of Clemson. Other major nearby roads include Hwy 93 and Hwy 123. We require guests to wear masks when not in their bedroom suites. Please note we do not allow extra guests other than those approved at the time of booking. Each suite cannot have more than 2 guests. No smoking and/or unauthorized guests are allowed on the premises. Violations are subject to fines and cancellation of reservation per house rules.
