Westview, 4 bedroom villa, sunset views & pool

Westview is a TCI assured vacation rental. We have been approved as we have met all the new COVID secure protocols set by the TCI tourist board. Westview is located in the quiet, rural neighbourhood of Long Bay, a 5 minute drive from Grace Bay and Long Bay beaches. The villa is situated on Sea Sage Hill Road and overlooks Juba Sound National Park, a tidal salina teeming with indigenous wildlife including flamingoes. Long Bay canal also runs at the end of the property there is a double kayak and stand up paddle board for guest use. You may even see a turtle swimming in the canal. Long Bay feels a world away from the resorts of Grace Bay and offers tranquility beyond expectations, yet, it is only a short 5 minute drive, should you wish to enjoy the spoils of Grace Bay. The majority of the accommodation is on the ground floor and comprises of a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, newly remodelled open plan kitchen & dining room, master king bedroom suite, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. The upstairs offers an open and airy floor plan where the second master suite is located, comprising of a queen bed, seating area and ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have central AC. Fully opening sliding patio doors open up to the pool deck which has spectacular views of Juba Sound and provides the most amazing nightly sunsets. On the pool deck there is an outdoor bar with fridge, outdoor dining area, conversation set and a variety of sun loungers, chairs and hammock both in the sun and shade. All outdoor furniture has recently been upgraded. There is also a gas BBQ grill for easy home entertaining. We have recently improved our canal-side by building a boat dock and creating a waterside picnic and fire-pit area. Lovely spot to enjoy and evening picnic and chill out by the fire-pit while watching the sunset over Juba Sound. The fully equipped kitchen is has quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a wine/beverage cooler. The living room has a new 65” smart TV with an Amazon Firestick. Wifi is available throughout the villa. Providenciales has something for everyone! There are so many water activities to take advantage of: snorkeling, scuba diving, kite surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, sailing, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, deep-sea & bone fishing to name a few. Horseback riding, golf, golf lessons, tennis, casino and shopping in Grace Bay are also all located minutes away from Westview. There are several grocery stores on the island but Graceway better known as IGA is located on Leeward Highway about 10 minutes away from the villa and its new store Graceway Gourmet is minutes away from our home as you head into Grace Bay. There is also a full service pharmacy and bank located in this area as well as numerous restaurants and bars in the Regent Village just off the main Grace Bay beach. Should you wish to explore the other islands of the Turks and Caicos further you can take a day trip by ferry to the other islands or book a beach cruise with tour operators based at Leeward Marina which is a short 5 minute drive. Iguana Island, the Conch Farm & 'The Hole' are some of the more local attractions you may enjoy visiting. Westview shares the grounds with Westview Gardens, a 2 bedroom cottage which is also available to rent (VRBO property number 717440) and Westview Studio, a basement studio suite with separate entrance ideal for couples or travelling staff/nanny.
