Green River 1: Atlas

A renovated space designed with a modern style and aesthetic. Everything is hand-crafted and has been lovingly chosen for each room. This home is split duplex style with the AirBnB area separate from the owner's area. In the Airbnb area, you'll be sharing some common areas with other AirBnB guests while having your room private. Most of the major renovations are complete, but minor renovations are ongoing and the space will steadily improve with new features over time. Guests will have access to ample street parking (follow the check-in instructions for directions). I have a vehicle available for rental through Turo right on-site, or rideshare options are available in the area, and the metrolink station is within walking distance from the home. This is a suburban area and you'll want some type of transportation to get around. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores within a mile radius of the home. Areas besides the designated AirBnB space are not accessible to guests, though certain facilities such as the pool are available for a fee (please see house manual section for details). You may occasionally see me working around the house. For the most part, I allow my guests their privacy and leave interaction at a minimum besides a friendly greeting. :-) This home has great access to surrounding areas of Orange County, Los Angeles, and Riverside/Inland Empire cities. Scenic hiking trails are easily accessible from the home. The 91 fwy is less than a minute drive from the home. I offer a car rental to my Airbnb guests through Turo. Details are available to guests who book a reservation, (or inquire with a direct message). Metrolink is less than a 3/4 mile walk from the home. Uber is usually available within the area as well. While a few stores and places to eat are within a mile walking distance, the area is more car friendly. I work out of my garage workshop most days. Often there is woodworking machinery used, so you can expect some level of building noise coming from the garage during the daytime (typically between 11am-7pm).
