45 Boadway is a two minute walk to the beach. Minutes from a grocery store and island restaurant. There are bikes to go to other towns bars and restaurants. We have a grill beach chairs umbrellas and a surfboard! We don't host parties and quiet time is 11 considering neighbors across the road. Fire island is only accessible by ferry. Parking is at fire island ferries. On the off season months we recommend shopping on the main land for food, as the island pioneer hours are few.
