Mountside Meadow Vacation Home

A lovely, bright, simple home on 2 acres. This is a perfect place for anyone, an easy and well equipped place to spend your quality time. There is a big living room, but an even bigger deck and a beautiful yard. There are skylights in each room, which lets you stargaze from the comfort of your bed. (Hornby has amazing stargazing) The house is located on a quiet country road, tucked in beside the mountain and only a 5 minute walk to the water. The local pub is also a 5 minute walk, and if you are a biking or hiking enthusiast, the renowned Mount Geoffrey trails are out the front door. There is lots of clear green space to enjoy the forest, and listen to the birds. We have a hide a bed and two kiddie cots available if needed. You will have the entire home, shared laundry. One of the few spots on Hornby that you have cell service. I will be available 24 hours a day by phone A peaceful private neighbourhood. Most people arrive via the ferry that is a couple of minutes away. Be aware of the ferry schedules for arrival and departure. There are pets in the house during the off season, in case of allergies.
