NO UNDERAGE DRINKING NO DRUG USE PLEASE RESPECT THE QUIET HOURS FROM 10:00pm - 8:00am. This is enforced by our local officials and if you are FINED, YOU are responsible for paying said fine and will be asked to leave the property immediately and NO refunds will be issued. If house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the property and refunds WILL NOT BE GIVEN. So please, respect my home and the rules in place during your stay! 🚗 PLEASE USE BOTH DRIVEWAYS FOR YOUR CARS. NO ON STREET PARKING PLEASE 😎 👟🥿PLEASE LEAVE YOUR SHOES AND YOUR WORRIES AT THE DOOR. THANK YOU SMOKE IS ALLOWED IN THE BACK YARD ONLY. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME AND NO LINGERING AND SMOKING IN THE FRONT YARD. ASH TRAYS ARE PROVIDED. An EXTRA clean up fee of $75.00 will be applied to guest who liter butts in the yard and must be hand picked up. Please, use the ash trays. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE ON THIS PROPERTY. FOR INSURANCE RULES AND SAFTY MEASURES, THIS MUST BE FOLLOWED DURING THE ENTIRE STAY! This home is a large spacious first floor plan 😊 and can fit large groups and families. Baby gates provided upon request. Kitchen cabinets have child locks on all lower level cabinets. PLEASE understand if you don’t have kids in your group. We believe in safety first. You will have use of the kitchen, please feel free to shop at the local stores and cook at home. We can suggest a local grocery delivery service as well. You can place your order and have it delivered upon check in. The living room has a large comfortable sectional couch that includes an electric recliner and lounge chair and a 65 inch tv to watch your favorite movies! Formal Dining room is available for use without use of my fine china. This is the main eating area. A high chair is available upon any booking with small children. We have all plastic children dishes, plastic utensils and cups. Great back yard with fun sun exposure all day. Play Volleyball, bean bag toss and badminton. 🏸 Enjoy coffee outside. ☕️ Our mornings are so peaceful. You can watch all our beautiful birds and bunnies that roam our yard. Bring binoculars if you enjoy bird watching. 💦 Pool is for use during open season, Memorial Day thru September 27th💦 USE OF THE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. PLEASE USE CAUTION AND BE SAFE We do allow well behaved dogs at the extra fee of $35.00 per night! Payable in person upon check in. You are responsible for all dog waste pick up, behavior and damage. No dogs on furniture or in beds. Dog blankets, mats and bowls are provided. I am an animal lover with respect for other animal lovers. 😎 We have a supply of pool towels, pool rafts (use with care) pool games and sun screen for your use. This makes packing and traveling easier 😎 Since this is my Primary Home, it is fully stocked with anything you can think of. You may use anything there, but please do not abuse this kind gesture. Appliances: Coffee pot (beans or grounds - no filters needed) Microwave Toaster Blender George Forman Grill 🔥🔥BBQ and bbq tools are supplied🔥🔥 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ATTIC, MASTER BEDROOM(locked and not used during rentals) BASEMENT AND GARAGE ARE COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS AND IS UNDER FULL 24 HOUR VIDEO CAMERA SECURITY. The driveways are also under 24 hour video security⭐️⭐️⭐️ Please ask about our new options to have your groceries delivered on your day of check in via PEAPOD!!! How convenient. ⚡️⚡️⚡️PLEASE NOTE, we do not give refunds for power outage due to MOTHER NATURE. We do not refund if it rains during your stay. We will supply flash lights, weather warnings, candles and extra blankets if needed.
