It is located in an area that combines the benefits of one of the calmest regions with the purest air in the city and the ease of being relatively close to the downtown sector. The room, like the entire apartment, is very big. It measures 14 square meters, with a high ceiling. There is ample natural light that pours in from a large window, which also offers an excellent view. It has a bed, table and chair. The kitchen is complete and the bathroom is also large. We offer bed and bath linen. There is WiFi throughout the entire apartment and cable TV in the room and also in the living room. The building is only four floors high and it has eight apartments. Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment. The apartment is near pizza shops, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets. It is a five-minute walk to a bus stop that serves several lines, any of which can take you to a subway station in just 15 minutes. I live in the apartment and my girlfriend is a regular. I am a journalist and freelance translator. I speak English and French fluently, and I understand Spanish and Italian. The prices are different for one person and two persons.
