This cottage is also only 30 minutes away from Prince Edward Island’s capital, Charlottetown. On the main level of this property you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a great size kitchen and living area and dining room for entertaining. Downstairs features a walkout basement which walks out onto the yard with the beautiful view of the River Clyde. You will also find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a huge family room that includes a pool table. There is also two laundry rooms, one on the main level and one downstairs. All furnishings and decorations are modern and luxurious but with a homey feel that make a more than comfortable stay. Guests have access to the entire property, including the 4 car garage. You will never want to leave this vacation as it feels more like a home than a cottage.
