Charming canal front cottage. Located in Private Holiday Harbor. Enjoy fishing off the 100 ft private dock. WITH FISHING LIGHTS. Crab traps are available to use. Screened in porch, fire pit/BBQ pit. Downstairs has a great area for kids with bathroom and screened in porch. About a 10 minute drive from 22 miles of Matagorda Beach and 5 minutes from downtown and shopping. There are plenty of extra chairs for sitting on the dock or around the fire pit or just hanging out in the yard. The dock extends to the end of the property line, so there's plenty of room for kids to play. The downstairs is a very casual setting and has a large fridge, ac, fully stocked with pretty much everything a kitchen would have. The upstairs has another kitchen with fridge. Upstairs covered deck. During your stay, unless otherwise negotiated, you will have full access; upstairs and downstairs and the dock. I'll be available to answer questions, etc. (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Private neighborhood with security camera located at the entrance of Holiday Harbor. Neighbors are friendly and most have owned second homes there for a long time. We look after each other. No public transportation, but you'll never want to leave anyway. :) Turn all AC units off. Take it with you or pay $10.00 a bag. If you cook, I suggest you buy most of your food before. There's a neat place in town, Stanley's, that has EVERYTHING, but can be pricey.
