There is truly something for everyone! Parshall Place has been a vacation home/get away for guests as far as the Netherlands, France and England. We have been in business since 2010 and have many reviews on TripAdvisor as well as AirBNB. The hand touches inside the home exude love from all our family members. There is a story behind all of it. We try to make our guests feel special and comfortable. Beautiful views from the overlook deck onto the Colorado River Valley, Fire pit for warming on a cool evening under the heavenly star filled sky, Hot tub to relax in after a day of hiking or skiing, Gas grill for easy cooking just outside the kitchen, Horseshoe pits, laptop friendly workspace, gentle wildlife occasionally grazing in the yard. Our local eating establishment - Parshall Inn is steps away, hosting live music on the weekends and great food and beer. Parshall is a unique little town that takes one away from the hustle and bustle of the normal tourist towns. Stimulate your senses... See the beauty, Feel the openness and clean, brisk mountain air, Smell the roses, Hear the eagles as they soar above the river valley. Parshall Place is an entire 3 bedroom/2 bath home. Private backyard, patio and more. Parshall is a very small, quaint town in the heart of Grand County. There is a post office and Restaurant/Bar (hours are limited due to Covid). Deer frequently roam around town, eagles soar above the CO River and Cottontail Rabbits sneak from house to house. Many of our neighbors have lived in Parshall most of their lives and strive to keep it a quiet, neighborly town.
