Chilwell Cottages (#5) -“true north”

Located in the heart of Sauble Beach! Only one block from the lake. Enjoy walking on the 7 mile long beach, or shopping on the Main St. everything is right here! Our property spans between a block. The cottages are connected by a path through a common area. A great feature if you need to rent more then one cottage. 7 night minimum rentals during summer months. Nightly (2 night min.) rental available any other time for June or September. There are 2 other rentals on this property. 2 bedrooms, double bed in each Futon couch in common area (You must supply kitchen linens, toiletries and bedding) Starter roll (1) of toilet paper provided Common fire pit area shared by all 3 rental cottages Owner will be there to check you in and will be close by should any issues arise (within property) The water is tested yearly and is safe however we recommend that guest bring bottled water to drink. Cottages are cleaned following the guidelines for Covid-19.
