Lovely 3-bedroom apartment in Rio/Barra

Our apartment in Rio is really cozy and well located. It's only 200m from the Barra beach (posto 4), which is one of the cleanest and safiest in the city. The modern building has lots of ammenities such as 24/7 security and reception desk, pool, gym, beauty salon, parking, cleaning services. We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (2 double-beds, 1 single bed and a sofa-bed and 3 bathrooms). We pride ourselves on comfort and cleanliness and do our best to provide you with an amazing stay. There are two suites in the apartment, one of them with a single bed and the other with a double bed and a bath, one bedroom with a double bed, a broad living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. There are also two TVs, one in the living room and the other in the main suite (smart TV), and 3 ACs, one in the living room, one in the main suite and the other in the double room. The guests have access to the whole apartment. Besides that, they can access everything offered in the building, such as swimming pools, sauna, games room, beauty salon (check availability), gym, parking... Due to the pandemic, we won't be able to personally greet you, but we can be easily contacted throughout your stay, should you have any questions or problems. The apartment is located in one of the best parts of Barra da Tijuca, near the Lucio Costa bridge and the beach, Posto 4. Barra da Tijuca is a wonderful and safe neighbourhood. There's everything you need, from supermakets, to malls to restaurants and bars. Close to the apartment (100m), there is a comercial center where you can find a market, a bakery, a petshop, among other services. The beach avenue is located 200m from the apartment, where there are a diversity of bars and restaurants. In the avenue where the apartment is located there is a long walking/running track and a cycle lane. There are busses and a subway connecting Barra to the other regions of Rio. The metro station (Jardim Oceânico) is located 10 min away from the apartment, and the metro travels through most of the city's coast line, passing though São Conrado, Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Botafogo and Flamengo. It also goes downtown, where you can easily access museums (such as the Modern Art Museum and the Museu do Amanha) and other touristic spots, like Lapa and the Sambódromo. To get around in Barra, there are bus stops at a walking distance, which can take you to big malls and other services. Uber is safe and quite affordable as well. Since there are many services near the apartment, a nice and short walk will take you to lots of interesting places and services. The building is by a canal, which can be crossed (for free) by a small boat, to go to the beach or shops nearby. There’s a free parking space in the building. Free parking is offered inside the building. You can also park in the avenue. Attention: Airbnb gives guests an approximate location of the building, which is near Ponte Lúcio Costa and Posto 4, at the beach. The precise location is given when the reservation is confirmed.
