The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Graniteville, SC centrally located 2 mins. from interstate 20, 15 mins. from Aiken, SC and 20 mins away from the PGA Masters. This luxurious home is fully furnished, including a dedicated office, master suite retreat, large great room open to a gourmet kitchen. Perfect space for entertaining, relaxing, or conducting business. Dedicated office, bbq and patio, gourmet kitchen, dining room, laundry room and living room with flat screen large television Guest will have full access to inside of home with indoor and outdoor amenities. I typically give guests space unless they make a request of me. I am available for tours, and to answer any questions a guest may have through phone, text, or email. Nice family-friendly neighborhood with friendly neighbors and well landscaped yards. Location is extremely convenient with access to I-20 being only 3 minutes away.
