Quaint Mid-Century Home

Quaint home known for being a welcoming place to visit. We take great pride allowing guests use of our clean, quiet home. No smoking inside or outside. No parties/gatherings . No pets-yard not separate from neighbors. No exceptions. Vintage decor with a hint of the 50s and 60s. Private home with a car port to park and a porch to enjoy what mother nature has to offer. The host provides snacks/ water. If any of these incidents occur you will be asked to leave and forfeit any monies paid Private home located 5 miles from Elon College and conveniently located near Alamance Crossing, Tanger Outlets, and Red Oak Brewery. The host is available if needed. The city of Gibsonville is a small, quaint town with many shops and restaurants. Our favorite restaurants are Reno's pizza and Maple View Ice Cream. I-40/I-85 is less than 2 miles away. NO smoking on the property inside or outside NO parties, and NO gatherings of any type. Quiet time is 11 pm - 7 am. No exceptions ! NO pets. House is not equipped for pets and yard is not separate from neighbors. We want to keep our house allergen free for the next occupant. No additional guests other than what it is rented for.
