Salem's R & R Home. “Great for Traveling workers!”

Come stay at our sweet townhouse in the middle of Salem! Super easy parking is free. Our lovely landscaping welcomes you with seasonal flowers and herbs. Our townhouse is open, bright & clean with comfy furniture and big beds upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with the basics including spices and oil to get you started. Kitchen table seats 6 or have dinner outside on the patio. It's set up for both! Sleeps 6 people Max 2 vehicles per city code, no animals, smoking, vaping or mj. Our townhome sits on a simple street on a beautifully landscaped lot and offers guests a quiet and restful stay. With all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, there is a great separation of space and places for everyone to spread out. The main level has the wide open spaces of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has comfy seating and a wall mounted flat screen tv and 220+ channels to choose from! The kitchen has all the appliances needed to serve family meals and the dining room table seats 6. The openess between the rooms make gathering togetheran easy pleasure. There is a half bath in the main level as well as a full size front loader washer and dryer for your use. A sliding glass door leads from the living room to the backyard patio where an outdoor seating area is waiting. If you wake up early enough in the morning you can hear the birds chirping in the trees in the back yard. There is one parking space in the driveway and on street parking as well. Just ask and if available, you can also park in front of the attached unit. Guests have access to the entire home except the garage. There is plenty of parking though. One space in driveway and plenty of street parking. Please discuss with owner other options! You can contact me any day, any time. Text is fastest but any method is fine. The neighborhood is well established, circa 1940. Many older houses line the streets , not historical and certainly wise. Our townhouse is the youngest kid on the block. Our neighbors include a friendly neighbor in a house next door and a commercial company on the other side. It is usually very quiet as few cars use our street. Fantastic location just a 5 minute drive or a 12 block walk to downtown where local pubs, shops, restaurants and entertainment await. In the heart of downtown Salem you will find Willamette University, our State Capitol building, Salem Hospital, Public Library, the Willamette Queen river boat, Riverfront Park Carousel and the Willamette Heritage Center. Drive, bus, bike, walk, Taxi or (Website hidden by Airbnb) many options to get everywhere. For those of you looking for more adventure we have world class sight seeing and fun! Visit the Oregon Coast, our multiple ski resorts, hike dozens of trail heads, soak in Oregon's hot springs and visit our many gorgeous waterfalls (some were in movies).
