The house is located in the Sacra Família do Tinguá district with access via RJ 121 in the direction of Vassouras and entry via the old bed of the Railroad today known as Estrada do Palmital, number 1100. The house is very spacious and has a panoramic view of the native forest. It has five bedrooms (2 suites), a social bathroom and a toilet. Living room with fireplace, dining room with table for twelve, a large room on the 2nd floor for leisure and reading, in addition to inviting balconies. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. 5x10m pool and a unique depth of 1.50, which requires special attention from adults to their children. Pets are not allowed inside the pool. We have TV and a limited wi-fi mainly for Whatsapp. We are only 10 km from the city of Vassouras and 3 km from Sacra Família do Tinguá. The Uaná Etê Jardim Ecológico is at a distance of 1.8 km from our gate.
