Las Brisas Villa in Bahia Pez Vela

Our spacious home is just a 2 minutes walk through beautifully landscaped grounds to a soft sand beach. Look from the patio off the living area and the balcony off the master bedroom beyond the palm tree to the secluded half moon beach. Our villa is in a small resort with 40 other homes. There is a double level pool adjacent to an excellent restaurant. A pool table is there for your pleasure. Kayaks are available for rent. Two of the bedrooms have views of the beach and the third bedroom overlooks a small yard full of tropical plants. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. Twin trundle beds occupy one of the bedrooms and there is a queen in the other. There is a second bath with a shower and a half bath close to the living area. French doors open from the living room and the dining area to a patio surrounded by greenery on both sides. A barbecue grill and dining set for six people. There are two lounge chairs for looking at the stars after dinner. The kitchen has a stove with a smooth cooktop, a side by side refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and a laundry room with washer and dryer. You have everything you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation at the resort or a home base for days spent fishing, snorkeling, hiking and sightseeing the Costa Rican countryside. Our villa is one of 40 in the Bahia Pez Vela Resort. The resort is gated and a security guard is there 24/7. The grounds are beautifully landscaped so it is a treat to take the short walk to the beach. You can choose between snorkeling in the ocean or swimming in the pool or you can relax on one of the lounge chairs. The Maracuy Restaurant is adjacent to the 2 level pool. The Maracuy is one of the best restaurants in the area. You can have lunch or dinner there or have a drink delivered to your lounge chair. There is a pool table between the pool and the restaurant. Our beach is very secluded with mountains on either side. The tide pools adjacent to the mountains show their inhabitants when the tide is out. A carport is attached to the villa. If you choose not to rent a car, no problem. It is about a 10 dollar taxi ride to town. Cesar or Jackie can book excursions if you want to see some of the spectacular sights in Costa Rica.
