The master bedroom has a King bed with top of the line mattress and linens, , A/C, full bathroom with walk in shower, closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable mattresses and linens, closet, A/C and full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and full bathroom. There is also a half bath off the main living area. There is reliable high speed WiFi at the house as well as Smart TVs with access to Netflix, and Washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The master and guest bedrooms have a Smart TV with acess to Netflix as well as access through the sliding doors to the private covered terrace area and pool. The terrace area has pool loungers as well as a dining table! The infinity edge pool is a lap pool as well and has nice ocean and forest views! There is a large stainless steel BBQ grill for your personal use. All of this while surrounded in a pristine jungle environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise! There are a boogie board and yoga mat for your use. Yard and/or pool maintenance visits are conducted throughout the week, usually in the morning. This vacation rental feels more like a home—not a rental. We have done many things to make it feel like your home while you are with us here in Costa Rica! We include maid service at no charge every 3rd day. There are also beach chairs and beach cooler as well as beach towels for your use! This new home is located within the 900 acre development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach--amenities include tennis, ocean view club house with infinity pool, jacuzzi, swim up bar and restaurant, hiking and biking trails, gym and yoga center (coming in Spring 2018) and 24/7 security. Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 15 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. We can assist in setting up car rentals, airport transfers, tours, at-home-services and more!.
