Stay in this picturesque villa with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Family- friendly, ready to accomodate 8+ ppl. Full kitchen with concrete countertops, peninsula and dining area. Livingroom equipped with sectional that can be turned into a futon for extra sleeping. Children will love the bunkroom with tons of space to spread out. Large separate guest room has a queen bed and private master suite is located on the other side of villa for seclusion. Short ride to beaches and market. This listing is located on the mainland of St. Vincent in St. Georges, Diamond. Main road: Windward Highway- 5 min walk downhill (not steep) Argyle Airport (AIA): 8-10 min drive away Salt Pond Beach: 5 min drive Villa Beach: 10 min drive Randy's Supermarket: 5 mins away Arnosvale: Massy's Supermarket, KFC, other shops 12-15 min drive Kingstown: 25 + mins away ( depending on time of day) Guests can access the deck (please supervise children) and outdoor areas of property where they can play jumbo checkers, corn hole, bocce ball or just relax and read a book. Laundry room is also accessible near guest room. Please note, it is highly recommended to close patio doors and crack windows at night because if it rains, the strong winds can make the rain water saturate the living room and bedroom floors. Portable ac is available and ceiling fans are in both bunk and guest rooms. Guests can interact with me (if not traveling) or Miss Veda, owner of neighboring Diamond Heights Studio. Other contact info will be provided. You can hear the bustling vans headed to town in the mornings and at night. Daily views as well as night time views are also spectacular. It is a short 5 min walk to catch vans headed to beaches and town. It is preferred to rent a vehicle but a taxi number will be provided for your use. A manual with recommended places to visit and things to do is located in the villa. All instructions and house rules are included along with a number to reach a tour guide company to visit the Grenadines and La Soufriere, the volcano in Georgetown. It would be great to rent a personal vehicle, but getting around is easy with vans going to the beaches and town for shopping. Direct flights from MIA (Miami, FL) on American Air and JFK in NYC on Caribbean Airlines every Wednesday. Connecting flights are available from Toronto (YTZ) and London- Gatwick (LGW).
