We just don't offer a flat, we offer a sense of home** Come discover what we have for you! ** Located within the most important historical heritage in Lima, our gorgeous, renovated apartment offers you a great convenient, walking-distance location to a set of tourist attractions full of history, art, and colonial architecture such as palaces, museums, and churches. ***IMPORTANT*** For check-ins after 6PM, please inbox me first to see how we can solve it out // elevator not working for now :D At the 2 bedrooms you can find 4 nice and comfortable single beds; and at the other one, a double bed, all with clean sheets, extra pillows, a closet with drawers, and hooks at your disposal. Our modern bathroom is equipped with 24/7 hot water with good pressure, clean towels, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a luxury refrigerator, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, pans, coffee maker, microwave, electric stove and everything you need to cook. At the laundry area you can find a washing machine, a clothesline, iron, ironing board, brooms, mop and cleaning products. The apartment has 2 HD-TV in two bedrooms (no cable - but you can watch Netflix, YouTube and local tv channels) and 10Mbps optical fiber Wi-Fi. The apartment has a first aid kit. If you decide to stay for more than 7 days we can schedule cleaning services for the apartment once a week at demand. Guests can have full access to the flat :) so please make yourself at home :D During your stay we will be available in case you need it. Our neighborhood is located at the very heart of Lima Downton, literally in front of the government palace, the main square, the city hall, and the most commercial walking street in town: Jirón de la Unión (Union Street). There's also a great variety of cafes, handicraft shops, bookstores, and other local stores. Get a taste of what our heritage has to offer! Our apartment is 10 minute-walk away from bus stops located on the two main avenues in Lima downtown (Tacna and Abancay), making our flat quite accessible to and from any point in the city. Distance to and from the airport is roughly 30 minutes and taxi service can cost about 50 to 70 nuevos soles (15-21USD), based upon number of travelers. Our flat is constantly decorated with the magic touch of a home family!
