The Orchard Room-Quiet Private Suite Near Milw

Spacious ground floor room with queen size bed, desk/chair, closet and dressers. Cleaning supplies, disinfectant wipes, paper towels, etc. always available. Cable TV, coffee pot, mini-fridge and microwave in room. Basic office supplies and ample plug-ins. Private bathroom directly across from bedroom with plenty of towels, hair dryer, and extras. Use of living room available. Limited use of kitchen, by request. Back porch and swing for relaxing. Although we list the living room as shared space, it is generally exclusively yours during your stay. Unless we have a last minute grandchild to watch, we will not use it. We do use the kitchen for a short time in the morning and for preparing dinner nightly. Limited use of kitchen allowed at this time. Most of our time is spent in our upstairs space. If you need anything, we probably have it! No smoking inside. You are welcome to interact with us or keep to yourselves, whatever you prefer. We are sociable, but we respect your privacy. You are welcome to use the living room. Limited use of kitchen allowed at this time. We are as available as you would like. If you prefer privacy, that's fine; if you want conversation, we are usually around in the evenings, or during the day on weekends. Happy to provide suggestions for dining and places to go. We are in a lovely, quiet, and safe suburban location, six minutes from the freeway, and 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. We are happy to provide directions, suggestions for restaurants, and ideas for local activities. Just ask! We are approximately one mile from a bus stop but Uber and Lyft are readily available. We also have bikes available for a small fee per day. There are numerous walking and biking paths close by. We have a seriously friendly Yorkie that will come in your room to visit if you don't close your door (he is very quiet!). Please let us know if you want limited dog contact, but it is almost impossible to have none. If you are travelling with children, we have two additional private bedrooms (if available) on the second floor which can comfortably sleep up to five, for an additional fee.
