We require that guests respect our kind neighbors and serene community at all times. No pets or smoking indoors. This is a family vacation home on the Chesapeake Bay. The property features hundreds of feet of pristine waterfront, as well as a large, newly built pier extending into the eastern Chesapeake Bay. It has recently undergone a state of the art renovation and features a brand new interior and furnishings as well as modern entertainment equipment including Smart TVs and a music system. Very fast Wi-Fi is available everywhere on the property...even out on the pier! 10 minutes away from great shopping at the Queenstown Outlets, and 30 minutes away from Annapolis! Guests will have access to all parts of the property except the detached garage. Except under special circumstances, I will be personally available to guests during their stay to ensure that everything is well! This neighborhood is a calm, secluded, private and family-oriented space. It is the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet family/friend retreat. This location is not suitable for hosting loud parties or events. Our home is in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. The property is not suitable for large, loud, celebratory events. In addition, the Chesapeake Bay is a legally protected ecological zone. Littering or polluting is explicitly prohibited. Take special care to protect and preserve the unique wildlife and ecology of the beautiful Chesapeake!
