Phoenix Loft

It's a unique loft space, the double bed is arrived at from the spiral staircase. The center pivoting wooden shutters direct the cool Trade wind breeze across the bed. You look out into the tops of the mango orchard. There is a generous sofa and table on the ground floor that leads to a private balcony for quiet breakfasts and day dreaming over a private garden through the trees to the pond surrounded by papyrus where the Green Monkey troupe live. I comes with two mountain bikes for exploring. I live on site in the main house with a full rehearsal room, most instruments are there for you to enjoy. Your private drive in movie show will be d\set up for you and a beach BBQ so you can watch the waves break under moon light. My property is tranquil and my friendly Border Collies will show you the best places to snooze in the constant breeze.
