The property sits on a quarter acre garden with a small waterfall and opens directly to the parks and a beautiful creek for all of you nature lovers. The neighborhood is mostly working families and there are more 6 parks within walking distance with tennis/basketball courts/baseball fields/biking trails that are free to the public I usually drive to Wheaton, which is 7 minutes away on the red line and I park for free all day in the Wheaton garage. There are several bus lines on Ferrara and Viers Mill Road that connect to several metro stations and DC. The location is closest to : Wheaton, Forest Glen on one end of the red line, and Rockville, and Medical center on the other. All are less than a 10 minute drive from the house.
