Sunny Walnut Creek inlaw; walk to BART

This is a very sunny & spacious one bedroom inlaw. Fully furnished bedroom with a double bed, dresser, desk; an extremely large living room with a couch that sleeps two. The unit comes fully furnished with cooking utensils, linens etc. The dining room/kitchen includes refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, washer/dryer. Includes covered parking and yard. Internet/wifi access included. It's a 5 minute walk to the Pleasant Hill BART transit system station. 680 FWY Treat Exit 5 mins. This is an upstairs (flight of 14 stairs) in-law in a private home with no shared space. It has a separate entrance, private bath, furnished bedroom and large living room. Dining area comes with refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer and basic cooking utensils and utensils and table ware for six. Free wifi access is provided, unit includes a TV with Hulu/Netflix, no cable provided. The unit is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood walking distance from the Pleasant Hill BART station, grocery stores, Starbucks etc. It backs on to the Iron Horse walking/jogging/biking trail. Downstairs space is occupied by a professional women and an exchange student from Austria. There is full laundry, covered parking and yard access. Guest has private yard space with table/chairs as well as access to shared larger garden with vegetable and fruit trees that is fully fenced. Guest help is available from the downstairs resident. This is a quiet single family neighborhood street. Across the way from the back yard are large apartment complexes so the general area is pretty active but the actual house location is quiet. Starbucks, convenience grocery store five minute walk, more substantial shopping (Sprouts or Safeway, Liquor Barn, CVS) are a 15-20 minute walk or an easy bus ride. Very easy access to multiple types of public transportation, BART, buses. Approximately 40 minute BART ride to downtown San Francisco. About a 30 minute car drive with no traffic. This is a great location for some one with no car as it is well located by a transit village and the Pleasant Hill BART station as well as the Iron Horse trail for biking, jogging or walks. There are two cats on property who are curious and around but do not have access to the unit. The unit is up a flight of stairs so not suitable for some one with mobility issues. There is some ambient noise from the BART public transit system trains that has not been an issue with past guests, even traveling nurses who sleep during the day. Please note that because my minimum stay duration is 31 days AirBnB's long term cancellation policy is in effect for this listing. I prefer long term guests and the last guests stayed two years. If I am able to find replacement tenants for a canceled reservation, I'll be happy to provide up to a full refund once I've received funds from AirBnB.
