A beautiful and safe 3 bedroom home in a gated community

This private three bedroom home is newly built and furnished. It is a home away from home in a quiet and safe gated community just off the main highway. It is conviently located near to the a small shopping area. It is 10 mins from the airport and 40 mins away from the capital city Port of Spain. The house is fitted with security doors for further safety. Additionally our friendly security staff is just a phone call away. Due to the high level of safety, the area brings back the nostalgic old time days where you can leave your front door open and go out knowing that your belongings are safe and secure. Guests will have access to a full kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery. I will provide complementary water, tea, coffee, milk and basic supplies as well as some local snacks to get you settled in . There is a dining area as well as a comfortable living room area with a 55" television, basic cable tv,netflix and wireless internet. These areas are fully air-conditioned. The house has three bedrooms one with a comfortable king sized bed and an en suite full bath room while the two room is fitted with a queen sized and king sized bed with an adjoining full bathroom. The bedrooms are outfitted with air condition units.There is an additional room which you may use to do your morning stretches/exercise or store your suitcases etc. Clean towels and extra bedsheets/linen as well as toiletries are provided. Guests will also be provided with shower basics as well. I am usually available in person after 5pm on weekdays and anytime during the weekend.
