Four bedroom FURNISHED house, each INDIVDUAL BEDROOM is for rent. I have provided housing to Healthcare, Military, and Business Professionals since 2007 in the quiet and safe Stonehill subdivision of Sherwood . Only a short distance to Arkansas Neurosciences Institute, Arkansas Children's Hospital, UAMS, VA Hospital, and Baptist hospital. Prefer long term residence. I try very hard to make sure the new guest will be a good fit with the current tenants. Currently there are three Travel Nurses and an IT graduate finishing her degree. All of the these guests are very focused on furthering their professional careers, extremely polite and quiet, and keep the house spotless. The new guest needs to have similar qualities.
