This unique West Coast style home offers a peaceful place where you can simply relax and rejuvenate while taking in the surrounding nature. The stunning view of Rebecca Spit Provincial Park and the Coastal Mountains in the background will take your breath away. Close to all amenities including the many activities Quadra has to offer. The large covered deck is perfect for entertaining, family BBQ or simply curl up with a book. Come and experience the peacefulness at Dayton's Place! The entire house and yard is available for guests except for the loft we use as storage. There is a rented suite downstairs with its own private entrance. This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you please be considerate and thoughtful with your noise level. No Parties or events and no pets. We will drop by to meet you at some point during your stay to ensure you have everything and answer any questions you may have. The house is located in Heriot Bay and close to all amenities, stores, pubs, beaches etc We ask that you deal with your recycling and garbage upon your departure. Covid cleaning fee have been added.
