This very Private Villa overlooks Pigeon Point and Rodney Bay Marina and beyond that, the neighboring French island of Martinique. Black Pearl is truly a piece of paradise where privacy, peace and tranquility are interrupted only by bird songs. This Villa has the atmosphere of a true home. Warm and cosy, with a unique style and character. The grounds are lush and tropical with many flowers, fruit trees and various species of palms. Black Pearl Estate is unique and you have the feeling of being away from everything. It is calm, peaceful and so relaxing, even though you are just 7 minutes´ drive away from Rodney Bay. Here you can find everything that you might need... beach, bars, restaurants, marina, supermarkets, shopping malls, banks, casino and more. The driveway of Black Pearl is lined with royal palms and it takes you right to the Villa. Upon arrival, you have your own private swimming pool with its amazing outlook. The Villa itself is built on 2 floors, with the amazing open-plan living area being on the upper floor with breath taking views on 3 sides. There is a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 of each are on the lower floor and 1 bedroom with private bathroom is on the mezzanine level. On the lower floor there is also a very useful laundry room. The Villa provides spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. The large living area with an open-style design is on the upper floor. It is open on 3 sides to breath taking views of the north of the island. There are two lounge areas, one facing the views and the other is a very cozy space beneath the mezzanine, known as the Black Pearl corner. There is also a 55” flat screen TV, with IPTV channels from around the world and VODs. Also facing the view, is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has some good equipment, including large fridge/freezer, large stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine (bring your pods. There are not available in St Lucia). The center of the room features a beautiful antique French billiards table. There is also a washroom on this floor. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms on the lower floor. They are all air conditioned and 2 of them have direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a king size bed and direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. There is a further bedroom on the mezzanine level with a queen size bed and private bathroom. Outside in front of the house, directly facing the incredible view is your 30’ private pool with a large deck area. This is partly open to the sun, partly shaded by a charming pergola and partly covered by a gazebo – something to suit everyone. Dining under the gazebo or simply enjoying a rum punch, these are both wonderful experiences to be savoured here. A barbecue with 5 burners complements this area.
