A charming apartment for couples, decorated with care and very well equipped, in a privileged location on the main access to Jurerê Tradicional. Fall in love with this 1 bedroom accommodation with a double bed and 1 full bathroom. The living area is cozy, well integrated with the kitchen, which is complete, fully equipped. There is also a glass-enclosed balcony with barbecue, with beautiful views of the green park that surrounds the back of the building. You feel like you're in a garden! The condo is on Rodovia Journalist Maurício Sirostky Sobrinho, the main access road to Jurerê, and is about 7 minutes walk from the beach. Armazém 3 is next door for quick shopping and Imperatriz Supermarket, bank, restaurants and other services within 250 meters of the apartment. This apartment does NOT offer a parking space. It is possible to stop the car in the blocks around the condominium. Attention: the place has a small barbecue on the balcony, but it *cannot* be used. VERY IMPORTANT: (1) after making your reservation we require mandatory filling out of registration form outside Airbnb for all guests; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can enter the property; (3) please keep silence from 10 pm until 8 am; (4) smoking and / or using illicit drugs is prohibited within the accommodation and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets. Failure to comply with the house rules are reasons to end your stay immediately and / or charge you for any damages, extra cleaning and fines caused by breaking these rules.
