Costa Paraiso - BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT HOME

Home was built in 2012 with the sole purpose of bringing families and friends together! We originally built this just for ourselves and realized we should share the space for others to create their own memories. We cherish this home and hope you get to add to the memories! This beach house is 30-40 minutes from many local attractions and offers a tranquil vacation for those looking to disconnect from the real world. This is NOT a party house or in the heart of the city. Staying at Costa Paraiso is all about being secluded, enjoying family and friends, and relaxing from the real world. If you are looking to accomplish those things, then you have come to the right place! The house was built to have lots of space throughout, especially in those common areas. Another unique quality is how close to the beach the house is, you can see from the pictures that the water is right in front of the house and allows you to wake up to the sounds of the ocean with a nice ocean breeze. What are you waiting for? Book your stay now! :) The road does get a little bumpy and is not paved as you get closer to the house, but renting a 4x4 is NOT required, just some patience as you don't want to speed and and kick up too much dust or rocks! We have two caretakers that have a small house in the back that are available 24 hours to assist with needs. They definitely give you the space and privacy you need during your stay. The house is off of a dirt beach road that is facing the ocean, the area is mainly known to locals and is not a very touristy area. You will more than likely have the entire beach to yourself. Parking is onsite and gated to the property! We would suggest renting a car since the house is in the secluded area where public transportation does not frequent. 4x4 is not required, but there is a dirt road to get to the house, so if you have a car you will just have to drive slower and enjoy the view! :) Be ready to disconnect and truly relax from technology, experience Costa Rica like the locals!
