New Cottage in the Heart of Muskoka.

Built in 2018, this warm and inviting cottage is tucked away in the heart of Port Carling. It combines a Muskoka waterfront experience, yet all amenities are just a short walk away. Located on the Indian River and facing west, sunsets are breathtaking from both the 2nd-floor deck and main floor Muskoka room. The cottage has an open concept kitchen & living area, main floor master with ensuite, plus 2 bedrooms & full bath upstairs. The dock can handle a boat up to 19-ft. Easy cottage living! There are several golf courses within 20 minutes. Boat and watersport rentals within walking distance. Public Beach, park and boat ramp within a short walk. Main Cottage, yard area, dock and shoreline. I am available by phone or text. A member of my family is 10 minutes away if assistance is required. Port Carling has a multitude of dining, shopping and entertainment options. Yoga classes are nearby all summer. The Indian River Location provides access to all three main lakes (Joseph, Rosseau, Muskoka) You can walk to almost everything. Located just off the main road (#118) so if not walking, everything is a pretty easy drive. The cottage is professionally cleaned between guests and is spotless. All linens, and towels are first quality and freshly laundered. A 16 foot canoe, equipped with paddles and life jackets, is on site. The swimming area inside the dock “L” is shallow, sandy and perfect for children. The cottage is stocked with board games and books. There is tv access to Netflix and Amazon channels. The wifi is fairly fast and reaches to the dock.
