Note that we have a second identical studio in this same residence (20 m apart), on the second and last floor with a magnificent sea view. If you are traveling with others, you can (depending on availability) combine the rental of the 2 studios. (Type the reference 1215220 in the destination search to access the ad) The studio : This studio was refurbished and re-equipped in November 2019. It offers a total area of 30 m2, with a beautiful open view of the garden so if you have children, they can enjoy it freely ... The studio has no noise pollution from above since no floor! It is intended to accommodate 4 people plus 1 baby. The air-conditioned interior space consists of a main room with a 160 cm double bed, a sofa bed (brand new) which offers a 140 cm bed, a flat screen TV and a large wall cabinet for storage or you will find an iron and ironing board, a safe and a baby cot with mattress (sheets not provided for babies). To finish with the interior, a bathroom with shower fitted with a column, sink with mirror, hairdryer and WC. To enjoy the calm of the garden, access the terrace by opening the large bay window of 2.30 m! Spacious, you can eat there without bothering you with its large tropical wooden table and 4 chairs. A wooden extension of the terrace will make you enjoy a pleasant small lounge to sip your cocktails peacefully ... The terrace is equipped with an electric shutter to secure the studio and take advantage of a larger space in the evening and even at night ... To the right of the terrace, a fully equipped and fully renovated closed kitchen, with sink, ceramic hob and a large fridge / freezer. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and small grill oven complete the equipment. Of course a large inventory of tableware is present. Bed sheets, tea towels, hand towels and floor mats for the bathroom are provided. A secure wifi internet connection is available free of charge. Free parking closed and secured by digital code. The studio is equipped with a washing machine (brand new) but in case, a laundromat is present on the Domaine Caritan (100 m). At the end of the stay, if you do not wish to carry out household tasks, you have the option of an "end of stay cleaning option" billed at € 50. (Ask me when you book). Location: Located at the extreme south of Martinique, Sainte-Anne has many beaches bordered by coconut palms, 22 km of shore of white sand and turquoise water that make them real landscapes of postcards, including the famous Salines beach. Our studio 'Bel Colibri' is located in a small residence, itself located on the Domaine Caritan, thus enjoying a beautiful tropical garden. Well-equipped and fairly quiet, it has direct access to Caritan Beach, just 150 meters away. You can eat at the People Beach restaurant on the Domaine Caritan (less than 100 m) and take advantage of its magnificent swimming pool on consumption. Located 10 minutes walk (850 m) from the village center of Sainte-Anne, where you can enjoy its daily market, shops and a few good restaurants. The Salines beach is 3 km by foot or 5 km by car, and many beautiful beaches are within 10 km ... La Trace des Caps, a famous hiking route (the largest in Martinique with 27 km) begins just below the residence.
