A very Pleasant place-Paris room

With Covid still being a concern, I will be screening all reservation requests. We will not host any international travelers at this time, in concurrence with CDC guidelines. Our new home is a 1700 sq. ft. ranch that is just lovely and closer to downtown and beautiful Lake St Clair! An added bonus is an amazing sun porch that runs the entire length of the home. We offer morning coffee, beverages and snacks daily. A beautiful ranch located minutes from downtown and area expressways. The Paris room is decorated with pieces from my travels there, as well as other European touches. High thread count sheets and a comfy bed, assure a good nights rest. The whole house is pretty much available for your enjoyment. We often have bonfires on the patio with comfy lawn furniture and soft, warm blankets for those chilly fall evenings. David and I live in the house you will be renting a room in, and are here to help make your stay enjoyable and to help in any way. You can reach us via text or phone. We ask that you observe house quieter time from 10pm-8am Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by green space and parks. We are very close to I-94 so it makes getting around really convenient. Personal car. Uber and Lift are readily available. We have parking for 1 car per room. Please note you can only park overnight on the street Fri-Sat-Sun. When available I'd be happy to pick up or drop off at airport or other destinations. Fee negotiable for this service. I offer a sanitizing machine for phones, keys etc. This property is listed as non smoking but David is a smoker. He only smokes outside and we ask the same of our guests. Marijuana smoking is not permitted on the premises.
