The apartment overlooks a calming stream and lush greenery. Just a 15 minute drive from Roseau, yet in a tranquil community, this is the perfect stay for guests looking to escape and explore. It is in a busy, yet tranquil suburb community, perfect for guests looking for a place just close enough to the city but within the lush trees and nature of Dominica. The apartment is upstairs Extreme Dominica. Guests have access to the upstairs apartment, the front yard and surrounding garden. I am listing this apartment for a friend. I live in the nearby village of Laudat so will be available on request. Guests can always call or message if they need me. :) Shawford is a tranquil, jungle suburb. Located just 15 minutes drive away from Roseau, this area is the perfect hub for visiting various sites around the Roseau Valley and entire island. A rental car is your best option. However, there are buses running regularly from 7:00 am - 8:00pm. You can get a bus right outside the building. Trafalgar and Wotten Waven are in walking distance and getting around Dominica isn't difficult. If you have a map and are ok with small, winding, cliff side roads, then driving is perfect for you.
