Guest room and so many beautiful areas 2 screened in outdoor spaces, outside grilling area, beautiful raised glass sunroom, an acre of land with access to community pier ( 1/4 mile walk ) Large great room with beautiful views. Front yard Grill and Cat walk areas. also includes 2 Screened in Porches Dock access for guests with boat or arriving by boat. We live close by and have tenants that live downstairs. We do make a strong suggestion for quiet time beginning at 9pm-8am. We will also be available to help for any reason.
