Beautiful home in a perfect location in town. Inside completely re-done 5 years ago,all furnished,heat pump just installed for heat/air conditioning.Convenient store 1 minute down the road.Five minute drive downtown. Beautiful deck built on the front of the house with a big BBQ and lounge couch/chairs with fenced in backyard. Very open, cozy and spacious home. Home is equipped with all you could want. Coffee maker, internet, cable tv, large office space, two spacious bedrooms, and the third bedroom is a nursery with a crib/change table etc. There is lots of extra bedding and towels. Bose Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your favourite music, variety of toiletries, kitchen basic foods for cooking, beautiful outdoor private space to enjoy our warm summer evenings. Centrally located to downtown Sydney. The movies (cinaplex) is a 3 minute drive. Corner store 1 minute drive. 5 minute drive downtown to the waterfront and many restaurants/pubs. We are only a phone call away should you need anything at all during your visit with us. I am always available for questions via phone calls, texts or emails whenever needed during your stay. Great atmosphere with a friendly neighbourhood. Only a couple minute drive to the Mayflower Mall and to downtown Sydney/waterfront. Perfect location. Very close to Cape Breton regional hospital and Cape Breton university. Driveway included. Taxi/cabs are always close by and is never more than a 5 minute wait.
