Welcome to Costa Rica! Thank you for giving a glance to our great eclectic Loft fully equipped. Modern fixtures in bathroom & kitchen with a rustic touch that turn's it cozy. Conveniently located right the heart of the social area of Heredia downtown, with a walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pubs and public transportation to San Jose, Alajuela and the Airport. Just next door to UNA and very near to ULatina, Intercultura and Heredia's Central Park. This Loft in located in the basement of the property which give's it a very private feeling. Between the kitchen area and the bed you will find the breakfast table that is suitable for working. In the main space there is this a real brick wall and real wood beams in the ceiling all from the very structure of the building which reflects the roots and rusticness of it. Also you will have your very own washer/drying machine for your private use. At the entrance you will have a very comfortable closet to storage your luggage and a very small corner for reading. We are always available to reach through messaging for any assistance or recommendation that our guests require. We are right at the heart of the vibrant social area of Heredia, so the neighborhood is fulfill with restaurants, cafes and pubs in about 300m around the property. Just across the street you will find a supermarket with pharmacy facilities. Across the street you will find the UNA main bus stop from which you can connect to almost anywhere you will want to go, so you can be in about two hours either on the beach or maybe in Monteverde. Uber services are really easy to find as you are in the downtown and also taxicabs if you prefer. As we are located right in front of a Main Street and in the Social District of Heredia, there is some considered noise from outside. But as we are aware of that, we designed the Loft with double glass for the outside windows, acoustic reduction main door of the Loft and acoustic isolator inside the ceiling in order to reduct the outside noise as much as possible.
