We are just 8 km from the Central Market, a traditional tourist spot in the city centre. The house is huge, with large rooms, several bathrooms, Jacuzzi and a nice terrace with hammocks. The Gourmet area includes a barbecue and brewery, and is right next to the pool. All of this is surrounded by lush vegetation and fruit trees where friendly little monkeys and native birds live. It is a unique place that combines the advantages of a country house with the safety and practicality of the city. A large mango tree in the main garden stands out offering pleasant shade, a seesaw that always delights children and is the favorite meeting place for the fun-loving members of the marmoset family that live there. With luck, saracuras and other native birds such as green parrots can be seen in the late afternoon. The place has a large parking area within the property with access through an automatic gate with remote control that is delivered to the guest at check-in. The house has central solar water heating that provides hot water in all bathrooms and kitchen. It's normal to wait up to 1 minute for the hot water to arrive in the shower, but it's worth the wait because it's more comfortable and eco-friendly! Even so, there is also electric heating for periods of rain.
